Europcar Wellington Airport

Pretty decent, not the cheapest but I was satisfied with the hire. Staff were really good to deal with at the service desk.

Easy online booking. Was great they allow you to use debit card. Get the vehicle you select not like other car rental companies. Friendly staff at Wellington airport. Easy pickup and drop off. Would recommend to anyone.

Arrived in Wellington yesterday with my family to attend a close relative's funeral. We made a last minute decision to hire a ride for one day from Europcar. Staff was friendly, professional and quick with processing our requests. Price was affordable for such a nice rental Ford Ranger. We definitely enjoyed the high quality and quite amazed by the affordability of this rental company in comparison to others. I'm definitely going to hire from them again. They also provided car seats for my children which made a huge difference to our hectic day. I meant it made our trip a 100 times better for me and my young family. Thank you again to the young man who served us you made our time in Wellington enjoyable. Highly recommend this company to anyone who's interested without having to pay thousands for rentals. You won't be disappointed I've read a few reviews here that say otherwise but you won't know until you try it.

Have rung the phone number only to be put thru 4 times, trying to resolve an issue ( lost handbag with PanPacs gold medal). Was hoping handbag has been handed in, if so good if not, very upset. Hopefully an honest person has handed it in. Here's hoping.

Had a lovely young lady assist me at check-in, and I was offered an excellent rate of a rather small amount to upgrade to a premium car, which I accepted, and I was pleased I did...I've never driven a BMW before. I probably needed some instructions though - it took me AGES to work out how to put it in reverse! LOL

Hired a ford ranger 2023 car was very tidy, service was good from the staff and the price was very reasonable.Only issue was when I called to find where to drop off car the operator made it very difficult instead of just transferring me straight to the europcar desk at airport, but this is no fault of the Wellington staff and just a call centre issue.we will be using this company again in the future! Thanks

The team at Europcar, Wellington airport were friendly, generous & thoughtful. The customer service was great - Jivel even rang me to say I left my jacket & sunglasses in the vehicle after drop off & had them folded neatly waiting for me. Very thoughtful. Highly recommended. Jacinta

Very nice and helpful man showed us how to start the car. As every car is different and we were having difficulties.

Friendly and helpful staff here at the Wellington Airport Europcar branch. I appreciated the excellent customer service and simple process to collect my rental car which was close to the terminal.
