Had a leak in our roof in two places, Chris came round promptly with his moisture meter to identify how bad the moisture was. Got inside the attic space and identified where the water was coming in, then on top of the roof to check the flashings and ascertain why they were failing. Fast and friendly, would highly recommend.

Used these guys to inspect the house we eventually bought. The thing we liked most was the report itself which was easy to read and understand as an online doc. We called the inspector to clarify some things on the report and he was only too happy to help. Great work!
