Hi there I purchased a Tui Wild Bird seed bell . The birds love it but oh dear! The birds got 2/3 of the way through and the bell fell off the red centre pole as it doesn't go to the bottom of the bell a design flaw think? Can this be fixed ? . Cheers Carol
