It's hard to know where your packages are and it takes a long time to get them. The office manager lady was very helpful though and managed to track them down.

Fantastic service despite the level three conditions. Took parcel down to depot 2.15 pm Monday, in Masterton Wednesday morning, can’t do much better than that.
