Quest Wellington

Not recommended, the only convenient is the location.1. Tonight when I came back I found my room door was left open, it seems nothing lost but not sure yet. Guess I am lucky to live in the end of the corridor, not opposite to the lift.2. Too noisy. Not only because of street, but also the room, you can hear ppl talk or using bathroom.3. Not that clean, bloodstain on the bed end blanket.4. Couples of times the dirty towels were taken without leaving new ones. Have to call reception or leave notes to remind.

Wonderful customer service not denying that at all .However we put all our washing into the machine before seeing the not working sign .We had just gone through an emotional family experience and wanted to do our clothes washing after three days .So I hand washed a few laundry items and hoped to dry on the towel rail before our overseas flight the next day .Then found out the towel rail was not working or heating at all either .Apart from these things excellent service bed quality and linens lovely .Just would’ve liked the washer and dryer we paid for in the booking to be in operation so not to be disappointed.we left with 3 days of unwashed clothing when it could’ve been done at Quest as we had hoped and was advertised and paid for in our booking .

Beautiful art deco building Room a little dated but we loved it and very comfortable. Central. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed here again as I enjoyed my last visit, but slightly disappointed. I didn't get a do not disturb" sign as I didn't need it serviced every day

We arrived late and lots of confusion about gaining access to the property. Fortunately other guest let us in. Room was great , had everything even a washing machine and separate dryer.

1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable, especially at such a great price. Washing machine wasn't working which was a minor inconvenience, but as I was only staying one night there wasn't a chance to have resolved. Reception was lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

Had to change rooms due to the claustrophobic nature of the first.This one is a 2 room apartment and lived up to the expectation of size , and full of light and windows.Still had some unusual quirks, such as the master bedroom being the size of cupboard. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together so I kept falling through the crack in the mattress all night.The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed, plenty of plates, cups etc. but very run down and not that clean.No air conditioning and only one little fan that I had to ask for at the front desk.We had to have the windows open all night for fresh air which made it noisy.Concerned it must be cold in the winter as there were an array of small little portable heaters around the rooms.It looks like a grand old building that has been left to run down. Even the lift felt cranky and unsafe. The place has potential but simply does not live up to that potential.

Were tired when we come here. Room was great. The shower for a 6 footer is the best I've had in awhile. Breakfast served in the morning was alacarte and extensive.

Well stocked kitchenette. Our room was decent size but the condition of walls, furniture and curtains somewhat worn looking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed a few nights for business. Adequate rooms, bit tired and dated. Warm and clean.
