Owner is rude, aggressive, and discriminatory. Also the facilities are clearly dated and second-class. You couldn't pay me to go there.

This is a great fitness center with a wide choice of equipment and a very kind and accomodating owner Lance. I regularly come to Coopers Beach for holidays and I love the fact that I can continue with my exercise routine and I can use this gym. Owner said on TV he would break the jaw of the Dad of a Disabled girl, I would stay well clear of this toxic person, shouldn't be running a community business!

Sadly, the owner doesn't know how to treat people with respect. Due to his very rude manner, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give no stars, I would! Owner threatened a disabled girls Dad. Would not recommend this gym if the owner treats vulnerable people that way.
