anco has always reminded me of my favourite hair salon in tokyo - minx smart salon located near miyashita park. this is the best hairdresser you could possibly go to in auckland. wanted more layers and to cut bangs and aone was really straightforward and honest with what I should do - really appreciated and refreshing! he’s done such a good job with my hair, it’s exactly what I’ve been wanting. super friendly as always and gave good advice on how to style my hair at home. will always come back :)

First of all, I have to mention that today was the first time I went to Anco for an appointment. And I am incredibly enthusiastic about the staff, as well as their work. When I entered, I was greeted warmly. While the hair color was working, I was served a very tasty mocha. The subsequent hair wash with the massage chair was the highlight. I have never in my life experienced such a comfortable recliner in a hair salon. After the whole procedure I still had a haircut and hair straightening by hairdryer. I am very happy with the result and will definitely come back again during my stay in New Zealand. Thank you very much for your effort.

Always nervous to trust anyone with my hair. P’kwan did such a good job ~ I wanted extremely subtle blonde touches to frame my face) and we got to chat all about Thailand.It was 250 for a speckle of highlights and toner and blowdry. I had a voucher of 50.The massage chair when washing is soo amazing and you lie fully horizontal.Good times.

This stylish salon is a great find and the team are so welcoming. It was my first time at ANCO and Adrian took time to do a thorough consult and talk me through options. I was so comfortable - both in the chair in front of the mirror and in the massage chair at the wash basin. Great when you're having to sit for so long. A relaxing vibe, there was no pressure to chat although conversation was equally welcomed. My overall experience was brilliant and I love my new look! Thanks Adrian and team.

I got a bleach root retouch and tint on the underneath half of my hair, as well as a treatment and trim. Emma did a great job listening and giving her advice about what would look good, it's wonderful that she has some experience with the 'secret colour' style! I recommend this salon as they really care about your hair condition, and the stylist worked well with my hair which is really on the fine side. Also can't complain about the massage chair every time you go to wash out the product :)

I went and saw Coco and she was amazing! My hair feels amazingly healthy and looks beautiful!! Shes so lovely and the studio is stunning. She also gave me some tips and recommend products for my curly hair. 100% recommend this place

Had a beautiful wash, cut and blowout with my senior stylist and he was just amazing! He listened to all my needs, gave me recommendations and was so patient, open and meticulous. I cut my hair the shortest I have ever cut it in my life, and he absolutely killed it!!!! He understood the brief and I am now so in love with my hair. Not only is the salon beautiful, the staff are so friendly, lovely and stylish! Really enjoyed my time here, and if I wasn't moving overseas, this would be my new regular salon! Thanks ANCO!!!!
