The help desk assistance has been outstanding. Being able to quickly contact a person who is willing to follow a problem through to find a useful solution is refreshing. Digital Island has provided a consistent service that I have been able to rely on for my work. The reasonable costs compared to the telcos I have used in the past are also appreciated. Cheers

Awesome service! They saved us from a terrible telco experience. Set up a working reliable phone system with no hassle really quickly. Small enough to care, big enough to have all the resources they need to do a great job.

I have been holding off doing this but I'm not getting any communication. As a business that's been using Digital island for over 12 months, I am disappointed. I use their cloud based phone system, when it was installed was fine for the first few months, then a growing number of issues have arisen. They are apparently going to connect be with two UFB connections and apparently will solve all my issues, seeing is believing. As an owner having to step in to deal with a supplier its very disparaging. I do not recommend. Update now 16 months I have now given my notice after several requests to remedy further issues, and a reply email that an issue has been logged but still no result. It’s a wonder the have any customers.

Seriously dodgy, avoid!They have a system in place where they pretend to have an accounts department when in fact they don't!Every time you choose accounts, you will be transferred to a different department who will tell you accounts is too busy". They will take your number and noone will ever call you back.If you try live chat

I bought a new comms package from Digital Island 6 months back. Was bowled over by the personal attention I received re setup and options - very efficient and friendly staff, great overall service, prompt response to a couple of queries since - and much, much cheaper than my last provider!

Digital Island has that great culture where people matter. They also have the rare speed of service of a medium sized Telco but with the smarts and pedigree of larger Telcos – nothing quite beats that, 'being in safe hands' feeling

Have been a customer with these guys and us along with business contacts have all have been billed past our cancellation dates. Support is rubbish, turnover appears to be high, stay away from this company.

Absolutely rubbish service. Sales rep calls in saying we will do this, that and shows you all sorts of green light and once the contract is done the engineers says we can't do this, can't do that. Lines are scratchy, call drops occurs on regular basis. Would not recommend any business to sign up with these guys.

Digital Island are a fantastic company to deal with - I use them for both business and mobile lines. The customer service is excellent and pricing much more affordable than most of the other telco's out there.
