A beautiful environment here at Onehunga Zendo, to either start or continue your journey of meditation. I feel grateful to have cross paths with the people and energy here.

I've been involved with the Auckland Zen Centre for five years now and I really value this sanctuary of calm in the midst of Auckland's busy bustle.

Originally found the Centre through looking for a high quality meditation pillow. Meditation gear is handmade at the centre, high quality and proceeds support the centre itself.Since getting my cushion, I've attended the introductory workshops. Truly a place of tranquility, support and welcoming.Highly recommend for anyone, an antidote to the busyness, distraction and suffering that all of our external environments entail.

Did a introduction course and really enjoyed it. Haven't quite incorporated mediation into my lifestyle yet but not saying I wouldn't either. Certainly they are lovely people, who are open to questions and willing to share their knowledge. If you are interested in Zen mediation, then approach them, very welcoming and it may just be you.
