We have always found Poolpac and their staff to be very efficient and professional. We are very happy with the spa we bought from them and the only reason we did not purchase our pool there was that they did not have a lap pool to fit our space. They have cared for our pool for 4 years now and it is always clean and safe and their staff are pleasant and reliable. We would recommend them and the products they use, to anyone with a pool.

Anita gave us a lot of helpful advice when we were searching for the best spa for our needs. Despite looking at all options PoolPac had the best value for money AND we didn't require a wiring upgrade. The delivery and installation were efficient and on-time. We bought our spa pool two years ago. We found Poolpac easy to deal with from go to woah. They were professional and efficient from purchase to delivery and installation. The pool runs well. We've never had any issues and still receive good advice when we go to their store to buy pool products.

In 9 years at the Mount, I have engaged a few pool companies to manage my pool and spa on a weekly/fortnightly basis with not very much success until iI was referred to Poolpac in December 2021. Since then they have attended regularly and have performed amazing and at a very cost reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
