A nice new building and amazing work shop for this long term local FORD dealership. In house showroom and client contact can definitely improve, but I can see they are woking on that. Not quite TOYOTA service but pretty damn close....

I have a leased company car and have dealt with Macauley Motors right from the pickup stage. I have to say that I have been very impressed with the service since then. Any problems like an alert or tyres or just a service booking and it's been handled so well. Anyone dealing with the front desk customer service person will be impressed by their interactions. Fresh hot coffee, customer lounge with free WiFi and the knowledge your car is in the very best of hands - why would you go anywhere else? Well done guys x
