Oak Furniture Store & Sofas (Showroom)

My daughter found this company online and based on the reviews wanted to buy a set of drawers, my husband went to the showroom to have a look at the quality of the furniture. He was very impressed with the quality. I went along and we ended up buying 2 x sets of drawers and we are very happy. The whole team working here are very friendly and helpful. When we paid for the furniture they provided estimates for when the furniture might arrive in and these proved to be extremely accurate. We highly recommend this furniture store for very high quality furniture and excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team.

Super friendly team available to help, amazing showroom as well! We just placed an order for delivery and the fees were very good compared to other stores. Furniture in the showroom is solid, and very premium for the price.

Buyer beware! Poorly made!!! we purchased two bedside tables and a chest of drawers the ALL have branding on the side that is no disclosed in any photos on the site.The chest of drawers has a massive chunk out of the top that has been varnished over so obviously happened at the factory.Inspect your furniture properly. We took this out of the box on pick up but were distracted by the fact that the face was covered in glue. This took 20min to clean was cleaned off, but we didn't notice that there was a massive chunk out of the top that was varnished over and clearly happened in the factory. Due to us taking this out of the box to inspect and take home, they apparently can not identify when this happened (clearly the factory) and will not take responsibility for the damage. We have spent the past two weeks getting the run around between the store and sales, we had one response to an email and now all staff and management seem to have vanished. We’re being given every excuse possible why they are ignoring us and refusing to deal with us. They either have very poor staff management or are full of lies. Very frustrating and poor service.

I have been watching oak furniture store for quite a long time and finally decide to buy from them. They didn't disappoint me. I was impressed by the professional package inside of the box, every parts of my lovely furniture is well protected. The furniture is so nice with beautiful and uniform wooden grain. I paid for assemble service and the stuffs were very friendly and professional ,they assembled the table within 10 minutes.
