All of our rescue animals have been in such good hands at the clinic + Susie is such a healer, especially when it comes to Rabbits! Our rabbit has successfully healed after a multiple jaw fracture & two surgeries could not be happier with service & awhi that goes into the work here.

Wonderful clinics at Onerahi & Hikurangi (the only 2 I’ve visited) friendly, educated & helpful staff. Excellent speedy response when I had an after hours emergency with my cat.

Desperately need to get my dogs blood test results that she had at the onerahi vet sent to my vet in Kerikeri. Onerahi vets cannot find her blood test results were telling me she never had a blood test done with them. I sent them the email and invoice of her blood test so once we established she did have a blood test with them they are withholding the results beause they are saying I never paid the invoice (nevermind the welfare of the animal) I did pay the invoice in full and have sent proof of that only to he told they will get back to me in a few days. Unbelievable

So disappointed with their lack of response as to why there was no emergency vet available to care for my lovely companion in distress in his last hours of life when this is a service they claim to provide. I recommend you go elsewhere if you need to be assured there is a service available when required after hours.
