They provide a number to call for parts on their web site. When I called Harry" acted like a fuel pump for a Nissan Terrano is an outlandish request. Don't list your number if you don't want to be bothered by potential customers. Just rude."

Lack of urgency/general interest for selling me some parts. Had to chase them up multiple times to which I never recieved an account to pay into. Disappointing. Got parts elsewhere in the end.

Just called this place asking for a Honda throttle body. They had a second hand one for $180. I explained that I had just spoke to the Honda dealer before them who had a brand new one for $150 (which I honestly did). He said OK you can go to the Honda dealer. I asked if that price was reasonable for a second hand one when I can get brand new for 150, he said 'OK I can do it for 150''no thanks, bye'

Very friendly, and helpful. I needed a tiny plastic part that holds the drivers door handle mechanism to its connecting rod, and cheerfully they provided the part for a few bucks. Thank you.
