Filled out the form on Wormwald’s website describing our wish to get a hose-reel installed and a quote and after more than a month no response. Extremely unprofessional. Will try another company. How can you deal with a company that’s so slack?

Like the other one star reviews “ Be aware “ the pricing for the service is ridiculous $22.60 to check a hose... Quick to turn up & get the Bill out ASAP, can’t even send out a certificate to say they have checked the building for tenants whom want it for their insurance plan. Old tenants names on the invoice not amended to new ones this being unbelievable as this is what they are coming around for to update & check. What are we paying for? Customer service is shocking taking three phone calls 1.5 week ago & they still can’t get it right? Would never recommend using this business to anyone else.

Quite literally the worst customer service company I have come across. They charge for services not undertaken then send their accounts team after you and threaten taking the debt to debt collection agencies in spite of accepting that no work has been done and me requesting on multiple occasions over more than a year that I wanted nothing to do with them. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!Ps I would rate less than 1 star if I could.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't return phone calls or emails. Careful of their pricing! Fire extiguisher charged to us at 150% more than the very same brand I found online with various reputable companies. When someone finally called me back after 5 months of chasing, they completely refused to meet some resolution.

Very disappointing customer service... client told 1 week wait for a simple installation... when that doesn't happen and client has to call in again... he is advised just wait another week or you can call again in a weeks to to follow up any progress or update in timing.
