Was a great place to get take aways. We dinned in, which didn't really feel right for the family. The team was great and service was awesome. The beef patties were of the thin sort, so not what I expected, won't get beef burger again. The kids and my partner had chicken, which was real chicken and not skimped on. Fries were awesome. In two minds of going back. Best try for yourselves

Via Ubereats Had a holly smoke double chicken burger with a egg added, the spend $30 save $15 on Ubereats made it worth while, it cost $18.38 delivered which was expensive for me but acceptable, the chicken was crunchy, it was perfect, would had liked the option to add more salads like tomato or beetroot and lettuce or spinach and another egg. If I had the option I would buy more salads to make it a bit healthier, it came hot and I enjoyed it.I was full after the burger5 stars - recommend

After enjoying my last trip to re burger throughly I was quite excited to realise I had a local burger joint that tasted better than burgerfuel. However; unfortunately, after my last visit to re burger I will not be going back. The chips were nicely seasoned and cooked but the burger bun was a soggy doughy mess and made the entire burger inedible leaving the taste of wet dog in my mouth. Never in my life have I been unable to eat the bun of a burger but this was a defining experience on what a bad burger truly is. 1 star provided for the chipsedit - I did let you know what was so bad. The burger bun tasted like wet dog. My suspicion is that a 5 day old bun was dipped in water and then microwaved before serving.

Not bad. I had the cheese burger. Although the patty was under cooked, staff were very polite and apologetic about it and cooked it some more. Second version was much better but they should have reheated the buns or made a new burger. Loaded fries with chicken and bacon were great. Very filling. Friendly staff.

Disappointed and won't be back! Beware!!$19 for the large loaded fries not worth it! Cold with plastic cheese on it and barely loaded with what I'd consider a small portion.Initially missed the onion rings so make sure you check your order before you leave!Would help if the burger boxes were labeled.Missed changes on the burger too!!

First time customer. It's good value for money. Not sure I'd go again though. Time will tell. As far as value for money goes it hits the mark. But I sense this whitty NZ brand seeks more than just that. It'll come down to their corp strategy vs current situation.I ordered a Legend burger on Cheapskake Chewsday.PROS: Great value with the special + tasty end product + staff apologised twice on handover for the 10min delay.CONS: 10min delay + without acknowledgement when waiting + didn't attend to me twice when I went to the counter to enquire whether I had maybe missed my pickup (boys did seem very busy) + staff need some etiquette training or leadership (*).*Firstly, remember that when waiting customers have nothing else to do but wait... especially when unaware whether the wait is to be expected or if they missed their call... they watch the action through the semi-open plan kitchen. And they see you eating whilst prepping. Not the best look. Yes eating is expected. Just do it out of sight away from food prep. Standard/best practice.Secondly, when a customer (a dine-in) comes to you to claim you processed him the incorrect burger, don't second guess it. Just offer him to correct it. It could have been you, or him, does it matter? He'll now leave displeased thinking you did him wrong. Not worth the loss of repeat clientele nor absence of word of mouth. Pretty sure I also caught some mild smack talk on the back of that exchange so also remember open plans means voices carry further.

Not sure what chips you used when you first opened but get them back. The ones you are doing now are OK at best. The ones you guys used to have a couple of years back were awesome. Seriously these things chips are rubbish. Get the old ones back they were as good as chips can get.
