It's OK. Staff very helpful but seemed lacking in stock? They had a single burner butane stove with a hot plate but very expensive. Walked along to Supercheap Autos - they had the 2 burner butane stove with hotplate for less money.

I have waited for a click and collect order for more than a week and still waiting. Even after calling them a couple of times all they give is excuses and not a confirmation date. Would be my first and last order!

This was our second time shopping here. Kelvin saved us alot of money with his knowledge of the products, your definitely an asset young man! I recommend anyone who wants to buy camping, hiking, skiing or even just a pair of sunnies to go talk to him, he will be glad to assist and share his knowledge. We'll done to Richard the Manager who teaches his staff to be very friendly and helpful. It is a true pleasure to shop at your store!

Two thumbs up to the whole team and thier superb customer service! Went there today to finalise our treadmill purchase. Greeted and comfortably accommodated us the whole time, and never left long unattended. Very friendly and patient staffs (shout out to Raymond and also the 2 male staffs prior to him) who attended all our concerns and queries. Definitely worth a visit and of course a win-win purchase!

Two staff members offered to help, so that was great. But then they told me all scooters are boxes with none for display. I went to this retail store because I knew it had good prices and wanted to look at the item. If they only have them boxes then there is no benefit over buying online?

Just want to give kudos to the awesome customer service provided by Kelvin at Westgate store. Instead of just giving me something out of the shelf, he did his very best to provide a personalised service. He Helped me with selecting all my equipment and helped me with customisation. There was no rush and I felt no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend the Westgate torpedo7 to anyone.

Great shopping experience. Friendly and available staff plus great prices for some products. We have a buying discount code and it saves so much money. Impressive displays of tents and camping gear. Helpful to sit in the camping chairs before purchasing them which I appreciated.
