We have booked a 8 seat Prestige Mercedes Valente for our week in Queenstown. We were well looked after by Samuels with Russel already waiting for us at the airport. The vehicle was in perfect condition and super comfortable. We will definitely rent again from Samuels and would recommend it to anyone.

Great vehicle , very tidy. Russ waited for us at the airport for long time as we took bit long to get everything ready with kids etc . Also txted a day before drop off to make sure the time we going to show up, great service with smile. When we compared with other providers with Toyota vans the prices is so reasonable especially when you getting Mercedes Benz Van. Easy to drive , big windows so kids will enjoy the view.will use them again for sure.

We hired the Mercedes 12 Seater (I think it was a Mercedes) for a week and the experience was fantastic in every regard. The pricing was very reasonable, the Samuels administration was very user friendly and the vehicle itself was super! We were very satisfied and will definitely look to use again in future.

Great quick information when making an enquiry, followed up by genuine service to make sure everything was organised for our arrival into Queenstown. Van was the perfect size for 10 of us. The vehicle was in great condition and ran beautifully. Samuels is and “Easy” recommendation for anyone needing a passenger van.
