It has most things you need but the selection is limited, as expected for a metro supermarket. Looks to be worth getting the club membership if you frequent New World. We thought we had a good deal on a couple of items until we scanned them at the checkout!

I only came to use the supermarket after the rest of the mall had closed. The security staff were very helpful in getting this out of towner to the right place. Supermarket service was not the greatest though.

I have just shopped my little heart out. It's always spotless and clean. Love the range. Wish there was more room. It can be difficult maneuvering between racks ( especially if you have more than an armful of products)

This is a poorly presented, messy, badly maintained shop - probably the worst New World I've seen. Stock rotation of fresh and refrigerated stock is careless at best.

Currently under Alert Level 4, the store is doing better than some I've seen in regards to safety. The click and collect area is signed off, unfortunately due to the size of the entry point, it can be a bit tight to keep to the 2 metre distance, as it is also the exit point. They're doing the best they can and I commend them for that. The staff are helpful and the customers are polite and know the drill.Well done.

Terribly understaffed on the checkout counters. Please understand that if people choose to self serve, that not everyone wants to use cards. Irritating that there was not one ‘cash option’ self serve checkout available, and only one employee at the checkout, during a very busy time.

Sorry, but really disappointed. The filled rolls from the deli were stale, as was the bread I purchased. Also, the best before date on the milk suggested it had been there for quite some time prior to me purchasing it. Having said that, the steak was very good, so there is that. You're going to have to provide fresher options if you want people to make this a regular place for them to come to.
