NZ Van Lines - Auckland Movers

Awful, stressful after a move from the Waikato to Melbourne last year, where we are left still waiting for part of our furniture to arrive in January! Somehow it's been left behind somewhere in NZ, and we have struggled to get any information on timeframes for further delivery. A request for this to be expedited so we could start to finally settle in properly with our furniture was finally answered and rudely dismissed by the Regional Manager and we were informed the only option was to wait for space at some stage in the future but we have not heard further about delivery. Would not recommend!

Admin staff were amazing. Movers were on time and amazing however a few items did get broken. I am still missing 3 boxes but don't believe it was NZ Van line fault they are missing in action in Brisbane. Thank you for all your help.

NZ Van Lines were used for the delivery of items shipped from Europe. They inflated MPI charges by just under 1000%. When I queried it they said it was a mistake and lowered them slightly. It was only when they forced me to take legal action under the data privacy act that they admitted I had been significantly overcharged and could not provide evidence to validate the additional charges. Be wary of using this company. Very unhelpful and challenging to get them to do the right thing and all this extra time I was waiting for my shipment.

Buyer beware - NZ Van Lines and their affiliated companies intentionally mislead you when providing quotes, then will charge you hidden fees. They also seem to overstate third party charges, which are passed off to you. This is fair warning that you will be treated the same. They are not transparent.I paid for all inclusive, door-to-door shipping of personal belongings through Anglo Pacific that was delivered through NZ Van Lines. When the items arrived at the port, they notified me and asked for delivery details, then submitted an invoice for customs & biosecurity fees, which were also mentioned as being paid for in my initial quote that I paid.

Leon and Jameson did a great job, with additional assistance from a wider team who came to assist. All items were wrapped well and transported safely from Auckland to Waikato. Very impressed with the service.

We just had an excellent experience with NZ Van Lines. We were moving 47 cu m from Abu Dhabi to Auckland. We used Delight in the UAE (who were very good) who appointed NZ Van Lines to handle our container on arrival in Auckland. After reaching out to NZ Van Lines for an update, I spoke with Tony Dalton who was amazing. Tony answered all our questions, made super clear the steps we needed to go through and filled us with confidence that we were in the right hands. After speaking with Tony we were contacted by Vicki who was managing our delivery and who was also brilliant. Vicki popped in to see us on delivery day but frankly didn’t have much to do as the moving guys were absolutely on top of things (and an absolute pleasure to deal with). We would highly recommend NZ Van Lines and are super grateful for the first class service we received. Thank you very much.
