Great experience for a first timer. The medical office was so warm and comfortable that I even enjoyed the blues music coffee lounge theme playing on the tv screen. I had three tooth extractions, a complete deep cleaning and a root canal that consisted of 3 phases. I can be a handful when it comes to dentists, yet Dr Annie Han's professionalism and sincerity have put me at ease during the treatment. She was very informative and ensured that any questions I had were covered. Her assistants were beneficial and friendly, and I barely waited to be checked in. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Yvonne is such a wonderful dentist. She is thorough and explains the procedure so well to make me feel at ease. I do have some anxiety with dental procedures and she makes me feel confident and at ease. I have been visiting her often with follow ups lately and she has been very patient and kind ensuring me all is well. She is my favourite!

Dr Liana Tang at Sylvia Park is excellent. Me and my wife were there for regular cleaning, to be honest, we had not descale our teeth for quite a while and really nervous what will be the findings.My wife had descaling and a filling done. I had my descaling, it was painless and thoroughly clean. Thanks Goodness, all is well.Dr Tang patiently explain the various options to my wife regarding her filling. Mine was without issue, just descaling.Later we had a friendly chat with the senior dentist Dr Yvonne, they were really friendly. Good job and very professional.Samuel and Jeanie.

I had an emergency on the weekend and Smile dental fit me in within the hour! The dentist was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and stress free. Definitely will be coming back! Recommend them so highly.

East Accessible environment, Friendly Staff.Quoted $35 for an X-ray over the phone which increased to $55 per X-ray In-person after a consult.They didn’t explain why or what’s different about this X-ray.A free consult is super quick & easy, I brought ID I didn’t need to produce.However, their Free Consult service is really so they have a record of what’s initially wrong with your teeth. As they were excited to discuss Paid Services instead - fair enough.Free consult = Good for people with Health Insurance or FundingFree consult = Not good for free dental advice (if you’re in pain, pay to fix it!)Great Easy experience though, as far as markups I didn’t feel uncomfortable until I realised the X-rays were $20 extra, likely for whatever specialised service I need.

The dentist was great, but very poor experience with wait times, having booked for 1pm a week in advance, turning up earlier than 1pm and only being seen at 2:30pm. The receptionist does not update you or let you know if there will be any delays. You are just told to wait when you ask. Time management needs significant improvement.

So easy to get an emergency appointment for extraction of bottom molar. Excellent pain relief and the extraction was really quick. I was even more surprised by the reasonable cost for treatment.I highly recommend this dental surgery. Thank you so much for the excellent experience.
