Brought pkt sultana scones this morning cut one open and was greated with long black curly hair. This has put me off buying bakery food and I have always brought very regularly in this department. This should not happen if staff have proper hairnetts on.

I use click and collect shopping here a lot and am seriously thinking about using a different supermarket. The only reason I've used this one so long is because it's the closest to me. The goods are often damaged or poor quality and I don't realise until I get home and then it's too late to drive 1/2 hour back into town to exchange them. When I have tried to exchange them the staff were rude and acted like I was being unreasonable expecting to be supplied with undamaged goods.

Lots of Variety to choose from. Very spacious with plenty of room to move the trolley. You don't have to go to another supermarket to purchase the missing items as everything you need need. Great selection of meat too. And the fruiys and veggies move fast so they are fresh. International section has a better selection. Even Cheetos can be bought here.

11.30 today Friday i went through the express checkout. Not a good morning or goodbye from the checkout woman. She giggled the entire time during my purchase, slapped every item, including a whole cake on the counter. Didn't say what the cost of my groceries were, so rude. I watched her with the customer in front of me and same service, none. I am a visitor here, service in our new Hastings store is billiant, a pleasure to shop there.
