Would give this company Zero stars, but you have to select one star as a minimum. All happy to sell items, but zero after sales service! Item rusted within a year and was absolutely horrendous to sort out. Didn't reply to emails, didn't return calls. It took months and months to get a refund. Will not shop here again

We really appreciated the professional, courteous and knowledgeable service we received at Design Concepts. We were given sound advice and time to think to make an informed decision. The prompt no nonsense delivery service complimented the quality of service re received in the shop. I especially like the fact our couch is constructed from light durable and functional metal and material. The white powder coating just sets it off perfectly. Looking forward to returning to purchase a couple of ottomans and a dining table and chairs.

Design Concepts - Premium Outdoor Furniture
Two different purchases from Design Concepts and two extremely different experiences. The first purchase of an outdoor umbrella was a great experience. Second purchase of an outdoor table, which there was an issue with – unfortunately their after-sales service and communication was poor, but most disappointing was the Owner’s response and behaviour. Like all problems, it’s not the issue but how it’s handled that matters.
