Shifting day was the most terrible experience. They damaged so many things, chandeliers (and then blamed me for not packing it right!, why did they touch them then) my baby's beautiful cot ( then blamed it on my husband) huge guilt mirror, snapped the back of a special chair. I still get very upset thinking of the day I let these guys shift my precious things.
