DON'T USE THE CAR WASH, they are ripping us all off. My vehicle came out looking worse, with dribble marks all down the sides. Approached the Cashier and she stated, actually two of them stated, it does it all the time, and yes, they could see it had not washed my vehicle. The Manager was going to contact me this week, no contact whatsoever. I buy all of my fuel here, not any more. The Manager does not care about the customers or she would have made contact quick smart. YOU HAVE NOW LOST MY CUSTOM. Absolutely useless. Never again!!!

Convenient to me to just step out and fill my car and get drinks from inside. I visit Te Awamutu Mobile because the car was there is Lazer was instead of brush which is better for my car. It's like washing it with spray blast and not getting scrap marks on my car.

If I can give 0 star I will. I wont ever go thru the car wash again. As this is what happend to our car . And the manager on duty on anzac day 2023 was the rudest manager I have ever encountered. After telling her there was a problem on the car wash machine she told us that we should have had hand wash our car before going thru the contactless car wash they offer that cost $21. 00 giving us the attitude and the tone. So we waited for the next car to come out and her car was worst than our one. In my on opinion the owners of this gas station should have a talked to their manager and treat customers better than this. Poor service.attach photos for evidence.

February 2023The forecourt area was very clean. The fuel selection was very comprehensive too. Selected the fuel I required, as I used the appropriate payment and discount cards. Overall experience was pleasant and quick.

Usually this a pitstop on the way to Hamilton from Mangakino lol. Facilities are always clean and tidy. Pleasant staff too.

After my wife and I filled up our cars here for 10 years with our NZ Farmsource card, today, at 12.00 noon, I was told by intercom that the middle pump right in front of the cashier was on prepay. I went into the shop and asked if I please could fill up as usual. No, I had to pay at the pump. I decided to leave and went to the new Waitomo in Alexandra St which now has two new customers.
