Great communication. Item wasn't in stock but gave me the option of a refund or expected time of delivery if I wanted to wait a couple of weeks. Was happy to wait and item arrived exactly when they said it would.

Ordered it that afternoon and it arrived the next day. Product was perfectly fit for purpose so ordered 2 more for the rest of the team. Made an order for two items about a month ago. One was available and the other was not without an ETA. I was quickly contacted the next day about the situation and offered a refund upfront on the item not available. The other item shipped just as quickly. Excellent pricing. Linda has been awesome to deal with. I purchase a HP Silver monitor late last year so naturally i wanted the matching Second computer monitor, She went above and beyond to help me find one and then kept me up to date with how long it will take to come. Fast forward to setting up another computer for our business, i basically sent her a brief with the colours, screen size and what it will be used for and she delivered!! So thankful for her help, advice and authenticity. Linda never pressured me to make a decision or push me to buy products I didn’t need. The telecom shop will be my go to supplier now.

Say's they operate from New Zealand but actually appears to be in Sydney. Ordered two items, that the website said were in stock, only to find out (when I called them to ask for an update) that they're not in stock at all. Asked for a refund (I paid through PayPal) and told it'll take two days for it to be issued. Unacceptable delay when I'm now out of pocket having to source my replacement items from elsewhere. Processing a PayPal refund is as quick as the company wants it to be. From there, I accept it'll take some days before the refund shows back on my card. Won't shop here again and don't recommend this company.
