Took my weed eater in for service. It had been to another place in Waipapa for 2 weeks with no result being fixed.I got it back from Northland Honda doing what it is supposed to do. So now they have 2 more machines to sort out. Thanks guys very pleased.

Great service from the crew. Took the time to drive 20 minutes to my residence to ensure I got the correct mower for the land I have. Didn't try to oversell me on what I didn't need. Delivered next day with a comprehensive run-thru on the property. Highly recommended. Thanks. Stu.

Told there was a 3 month wait for my part. I had to push the staff member to search for the product nationally...and it was available. Horrible experience...and you can shop at other Honda dealers, why wouldn't I?
