Not a very good service. They are like in a rush all the time and forgot to fill the engine coolant of my car. I brought the car again today and they did fill it with water (I don't even know if it was destilled water) because they didn't have the red engine coolant. Hope not to have any issues with my car. Besides I didn't get any appologies...

Excellent service. Went in today to have my registration reprinted as my one fell off my motorbike. The young woman behind desk was fantastic and very helpful. She reprinted and also replace my wof sticker. Also gave me a registration holder at no cost. Definitely would recommend these guys.

This review is based on my latest visit.I came here for about 12 years with multiple vehicles and never had any issues.On my latest visit this unfortunately changed. Nothing wrong with the wof or the staff doing the testing, they were all polite and did a great job.But I have never in my life been spoken to like a little kid by the guy in the office, for asking a simple question.Not sure if the person I talked to had a bad day, but you don't speak to people like that.I was about to come back the same day with a second vehicle but booked that in elsewhere now which was also cheaper.

I took my trailer in for a WOF, however they told me they could not issue a warrant as it was subject to a recall. These trailers from Bunnings had been shearing bolts and becoming disconnected. The recall had been out for a couple of years and other testing places hadn't picked it up. So a big thanks to the people at Waimea Testing station for being so diligent in checking these things and they were also very helpful in advising me of my options.

My car needed to get replace some parts. I had inquiry from the other shop but was expensive so I came Waimea Vehicle Testing Station if they can replace. He gave me the inquiry was cheaper than the other shop and he offered me to drop me off to home during the car service. So I decided to get service here. Then He also charged my battery during the service without charge. Very very nice quick service, helpful and reliable. I really recommend to everyone!!

Awesome service. Have not been here before and thought I was pushing my luck to get a last minute WOF and oil/filter change the week between Christmas and New Year. They were totally accommodating and I very much appreciate it. Way to get a repeat customer. Happy New Year to the team.
