John was professional and helpful. There was some miscommunication between him and our real estate agent about the property address so we ended up getting inspection done for neighbours house instead of our property. John was kind enough to go the next day to do the inspection for our property at no extra charge, if it was someone else they would have charged us again but John didn't. He did a thorough inspection which has been really helpful in getting everything fixed before we move in. Highly recommend his services.

with such an emphasis on healthy homes in property now days I would have expected there be a bit more coverage around the insulation and joinery for the price of these inspections.

Highly recommend.John saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Brought a full written Inspection also carried out the inspection with John, he knew his stuff and noticed the little things i missed. John Explained and showed defects that may need future attention on the property big or small. Received Johns report later that evening. The report was in depth, written in easy to understand words along with pictures. He also answered questions following the report. If your a first time home buyer John is the man for the inspection.

More importantly to me, as I am not a builder or handyman, John was willing to give good helpful feedback on the findings to allow me to evaluate the report more fully. John did a fantastic job with the building reports that i needed. Knew exactly where to look for issues given the age of the houses. Even picked up on some leaks that had been tidied up in weird places. Report was easy to read and fully inclusive. Would definitely use his services again.
