I unknowingly bought the last Ave Revo 12 DSP in the country from the music warehouse thinking it would be brand new. It wasn't. It took six days from purchase until delivery. It didn't come with it's DSP USB cable, user manual or it's original boxx and speaker has a small dent on front grill with dusty marks on the sides. Upon emailing them I was informed it was an ex demo model. It had been dropped and taken apart with the seals around the speaker having been tampered with.Paid full price for a brand new speaker and received a secondhand one. Extremely disappointed.

I’m a recent transplant from the US to Wellington, and I’ve been searching for a truly locally owned shop, and found The Music Warehouse via Google. I’ve been in a few times, and Justin has been gracious and welcoming every time I’ve been in. Additionally, I had an electronics issue, and Justin sold me a part that ended up not resolving the issue. He helped me troubleshoot it in store, then refunded me and gave me a recommendation for where to get the part I needed (which ended up working!) I will absolutely be choosing The Music Warehouse for all of my needs from now on!

I took my 15yr old daughter to buy her first electric guitar today. Justin was awesome and Liv is absolutely stoked with her new purchase. Thanks so much for looking after her, she hasn't stopped practicing since we got home!
