Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Was delivered on time, but one was undercooked (doughy crust), and one had the toppings half in the box (slid off the crust). When I called to fix it, was told new pizzas would be delivered in about 20-25 minutes. They finally arrived an hour later. When I went to the store to complain to the mgr, he wasn't there. The asst mgr gave me attitude when I asked for a refund. I asked for the mgr to call me when he returned. I never got a call back. I still haven't received the refund.

Worst Delivery order.When we opened both boxes the Pizzas were almost completely squashed!Kids were hungry so we put up this time.Next time I will check before taking inside and your driver will get in big trouble if happens again! He has either dropped them or they slid off the seat or around in the car, so he would of been aware grrrTerrible experience.Usually great service, not this time boo!

I ordered pizza yesterday it was Yummy, topped with the perfect combination and flavours. Also amazing customer service by the man behind the counter whose name is Vraj. I will recommend this pizza hut in Glen Eden.

Disappointed would describe my first visit to this branch. I ordered a 'Limo' online, then went to collect.There were burnt (blackened) areas on the pizza and it was dry, compared to others from New Lynn branch. Also, the toppings were sparse. Parking for collection is a major hassle due to limited parking nearby.

Picked up four pizzas last night and was delighted with them. They were hot and the toppings were plentiful with lots of cheese. It was such a change to the mediocre pizzas I have had before from Pizza Hut. Keep up the great work!!

Wrong order (base), doughy pizza, cold chips. Closest pizza hut to home but definitely driving 10 minutes further to get my pizzas in New Lynn next time. Yuck!
