The ownership of this outlet has recently changed, and for the better.This has now seen a vast impovement in the cleanliness of the facilities which is great to witness.This superette is an asset for the township of Omaha.They have a vast range of products from fruit and vegetables to general groceries, and wines.The quality of the produce is first class, with no well past use the by date" or bad produce still on the shelves.Their prices are reasonable

Make sure you buy what you need from the supermarket before getting here. Everything has at least $3 added onto it if not more with somethings.

Amazing improvements, new owners are fantastic

Fantastic shop. Staff are extremely kind. Shop is extremely clean. All the fruit and salad are fresh. And excellent prices. Will be my main shop to go to. Just an outstanding shop for a great community

Buyers Beware" Don't try to swindle a seasoned traveller Omaha Beach Superette! Fortunately this doesn't usually happen in NZ because most people are honest here. I just experienced a well known technique to rob purchasers (usually tourists) at this store. I selected a small roll of sticky tape - there were two different types (both brands unknown) - the price on the box was $2.30. I took it up to the guy on the till who plugged in $3.99. I told him it was $2.30 he goes to area (I follow him) he said "that brand is $3.99" and proceeds to remove the brand from the box" I say "so where is this brand on the shelf" holding up the tape. Surprise surprise - its not there. So he says "On this occasion I'll give it to you for the other price". My answer - "Yes you will!""

Would be really good if the staff could take a happy pillHave been in 3 times over the past 6 weeks - staff never smile and are not particularly friendly. And twice I have been overcharged and have had to point that out to them. No apology, just oh I charged you for too many"Good selection of product

You expect to pay slightly more at a rural" dairy ($5 for a bag of ice). These guys however engage in daylight robbery
