We have attempted this swim school over the years with 2 of our boys. The customer service was so rude and the communication very poor that we withdrew both kids from different classes and but were still billed several months after. 6 months later another direct debit has again been taken. Despite multiple attempts at contacting to sort this there is no reply. We haven't been to this swim school in 7 months but they still charge and then wont return calls.

Alex (my son's swim teacher) is amazing. Has experience with ADHD behaviors and has helped my son immensely. Highly recommend Alex!
