Unfortunately after 4 MONTHS of constant delays, lack of honest communication and a complete lack of interest from your Wellington group, we've decided to offer our business to another builder who in 2 weeks has given us more advice and shown more interest than we had from your company in all the time we were seeking to sign a contract. Your new home consultant was great, the rest of the team who produced the numbers just nowhere near his level. After finally receiving our quote (while our consultant was on leave), we had a conversation with the GM, asked him a number of questions regarding what was actually included and requested a build specification for us to review and make decisions about where/how to cut costs before submitting for finance approval. Three weeks later and three follow up emails from us, we still have no response at all.
