I phoned Harley at Thompson's to ask for advice on a job restoring a driveway which he said he could do and to put the detail into his website form. He'd then be in touch with a time to call in and quote. after 5 days of no response I called him and he mentioned he'd been 'too busy' and that he'd call in ''Tuesday at 4.30pm.'' I finished work early to meet him and he never showed. I called and left messages / texts but never got a response. Can't recommend!
