We have now used the team at Blizzard twice for both a residential and commercial supply & install.Everyone who we have been involved with from Emily in the office to Bradley and Jordan who showed up on the day were very friendly and professional.The install went down without a hitch and quality of work is top notch. They were on time, did a very tidy job and cleaned up after themselves.I cannot recommend the team at Blizzard highly enough! The pricing was great too!Thanks again!!

You get a notification when the person is on their way to you - super handy to be prepared.The guy was super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and was very professional. We got quotes from 4 companies to put a Ducted Heat Pump system in our home. Blizzard had the best solutions and options for our needs and also the best price.The wait time between pulling the trigger and beginning the installation was relatively quick.The team that did the install (Bradley, Boston, Shayan) were really professional and easy to deal with. I was also very impressed by how quickly they worked - they knew what they were doing and there was no mucking around. It only took 2 days to install.I also called Blizzard about a week later to ask if the system could be tweaked and they came round at no extra cost.Really happy I went with Blizzard - thanks so much for making my house warm guys!

We recently had a ducted heat pump and mechanical ventilation system installed through Blizzard. We found their service to be excellent throughout - Emily was helpful and responsive to all our queries, Jesse was knowledgeable and thoughtful handling the quote, and the installation team (Bradley, Boston and Cheyan) were super efficient and very considerate when working in our house. After a lot of research we decided on a ducted heat pump system for our property. After our first supplier provided an increased estimate, and on the strong recommendation of a colleague, we got in touch with Blizzard. Jesse was quick to get in touch, did a thorough visit of our property (including an excellent suggestion on where to put the outdoor unit), and quickly provided us a competitive quote with a very reasonably installation timeframe.We are now four weeks post installation and couldn't be happier with the system. The installation was smooth, with the Blizzard staff all respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. There was one minor issue that needed fixing and that was done promptly without issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blizzard.

Bradley was the technician at site, he did a awesome job. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and answered any questions I had.
