Bought a car off yard ,on first test drive battery was flat ,when I went to pick up car after buying, battery was flat was told it woud come right,consistently going flat from then on when I went to their claims department was told no for a new battery because it was on six months but have been calling to yard with no response till now,even tho the battery had written on it was replaced at 57000 kms current kms on car was 84000 but claims department would not give me battery even tho it was faulty from start

just bought a car from them. when i went, there was only one guy on duty, diego, and he was quite young. even tho there were at least 4 customers do deal with, phone calls and more, diego was very efficient, being multi task and handling everyone. i was impressed with his great service.

Stay well away! Perished snow tyres with a WOF?! When I approached them about it via e mail I was promptly dismissed and that was the end of their communication. Cost me $1000 within 2 weeks. Get a WOF before you buy.

Tried to give me a couple of hundred for my trade in of a 2013 subaru leather warranted and registered what shambles

Didn't think the sales person was very helpful as spent quite a bit of time on his lap top when we were there

Please save your time do not buy from 2cheap cars. After buying couple months later had issues with drive shaft, process to repair was weeks and many phone calls and hoops to jump through and having to make contact with the general manager who’s email bounced back saying his inbox was full. It took the threat of taking them to small courts to get this resolved. Not to mention the car on empty when purchased and tell you they’ll only give you $5 gas to get to the next gas station to fill up. Would not recommend

Having done our research online first, we were keen to view their stock, however we apprehended the pushy car sales approach one could expect…that wasn’t to be, from the moment we walked on the yard, Kevin, the Manager, greeted us and invited us to browse at our leisure - keeping an eye on us from a distance so as to be attentive to our needs and requests. There was no pressure sales, and our questions were answered professionally and pleasantly.Rong, the Finance Manager, took us through the sales and purchase agreement process, again in a professional and non-pushy way.Their assistance throughout the various processes was prompt and flawless. When we picked up the car we’d chosen a few days later, a young sales man greeted us (can’t remember his name, sorry) and again made us feel so comfortable and at ease.We totally recommend 2 Cheap Cars Tauranga. Been trying to buy a vehicle off these guys i found on trademe. Live out of town so want them to get it ready before I pick it up. I've been trying to call them for a couple days using every number I can find and I cant get ahold of anybody to buy the vehicle. What a joke.

car had less than 30kms petrol, tyres where perished about to blow out but it had a wof and service in the past 3 months? car had dodgy computer card and all problems where ignored when i tried to contact them.

Excellent visit, ended up buying a car, Kevin and Rick were very helpful in choosing what we needed and took care of our needs. Would shop there again.
