So far had an assessment. Ot is well set out and the staff are exceptionally courteous and inclusive. During the assessment the assessor showed me everything that was damaged and told me the plan for the repair. Thoroughly recommended

I had my SUV damage repaired by Repair Hub East Tamaki and these guys have done an excellent job. The process was simple and the courtesy car provided for the month it took for the repairs to be done was near new and clean. It took a month to be repaired due to a certain specialised part unavailability (out of repair hub's control) and had to be sourced overseas. Special thanks to the manager Jeff who went over and beyond to ensure that I got more than I expected. Even replacing my 5 year old battery since it died while in their shop. Thank you guys.

Terrible. Took my car here in March 2022 for an insurance repair to the passenger door. They caused multiple minor damages (photos attached) and also did not align the new door properly. When I emailed them asking for someone to rectify this, I was told by the Customer Care Team Lead that the Center and Operations Manager" would call me back - they never did!"

Repairhub exceeded my expectations greatly. 1 day after i made my insurance claim i recieved a txt message from them to advise me they would be expecting me with a time and date which was very efficient. The customer service skill level was way above par and very professional in my opinion. My courtesy car was very clean and convenient. The workmanship in the paint and panel shop was nothing less than professional and verry efficient, I recieved my car before the date it was estimated to be complete.Thanks Repairhub

I had an EV bumper repaired from a rear end collision. The gentleman that performed the initial assessment was courteous and cautious. The contact from the ladies from admin were clear and friendly. From what I can tell cosmetically, the backend looks back its former self. The vehicle came back much cleaner than when I dropped it off. The courtesy vehicle provided was very helpful to allowed us to carry on with our work and family commitments through the week. I really appreciated the manner to which the gentleman responded to feedback. I believe the managing repairer's name was Jeff who called. Thank you.

I just had my Golf R repaired here as it had a small dent and some scratches on the lower passenger panel. I was amazed at the customer service, communication and the very lively courtesy car offered to me. When I picked it up I didn’t even know they wash and vacuum all the cars beforehand so that was a pleasant surprise.Lovely job from the team and I would definitely come back! 5/5 from me.
