We heard about Virgina by chance and met with her to discuss ideas. She came up with a modern concept plan, which we adjusted to suit our needs. She communicated well with us and our builder and visited the site regularly during the build. Our builder was impressed with her very detailed plans and with the ease of communication. Virginia was very approachable and went to great lengths to investigate ideas that we would come up with such as options of materials to use. We would have no hesitation in employing VBA Limited again in the future.

At last there is an Architect that can bring design inspiration and work within a set budget. I had grand ideas that were way beyond my desired budget, Virginia came up with alternatives that met my ultimate needs and understood the practicalities of the build and costs. A pleasure to work with and I will use Virginia again.

Our brief to VBA was to convert an over shop apartment into a modern functional home while retaining important heritage features. Virginia introduced a number of skylights which turned an East West facing space into a warm sunny home. We are thrilled with the outcome.

Working with Virginia on my new home was a great experience and the whole process was very enjoyable. She was always efficient, things happened when she said they would and she formed a strong rapport with the builders which helped the project run smoothly.The house works perfectly with the location and as it was being built I'd notice small features of the design that made the most of the views and sunshine on the section. All this added up to a house that has the X-factor of feeling good to walk into.I'd have no hesitation in recommending VBA to anyone thinking of building.
