There is nothing like hearing the chews and chops of the person videoing their stock and shop.I've not yet been in store, I just wanted to see the product which they have a video of with their contact details, yet I was shocked and disturbed by the gross manner of the video. By all means, turn that sound down because it will make you want to tell them off for chewing in your ear with their mouth open!! Yuck! Do the right thing and make another, without all the chomping like a pig!

Amazing friendly service! We were down from Taupo for the day and he was happy to repair the shoe quickly for us to be back on the road. Will definitely be couriering any shoes needing repairs in the future to the Village Cobbler.

Really really nice guy. A dog chewed through my hiking shoes on the day before I was supposed to leave town. I showed up and, though he was busy, he gave me a bit of a quick fix for free. Perfect experience, thank you so much.

Great little shop and excellent customer service. I needed pink laces for wedding shoes, and was able to get them ordered, and available next day! Would recommend using them!
