The yoga classes are intense, if that is what people want. It does make you flexible so they're not bad.For the most part though it is a overpriced yoga studio run by a white lady in a gentrified part of town. If you are after a more authentic experience please look elsewhere.

Hot Yoga Works
One of the few fitness things I've stuck at - mainly due to positive community spirit. Teachers and classmates are friendly and accepting (whether you are expert or a total beginner like me) and you are encouraged to have fun. Highly recommend the dance class on Wednesdays! They also offer concession cards as well as weekly membership so you can choose whats best for you.

I absolutely LOVE this spot. Reasonably priced, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. I would highly recommend attending one of Eleanor’s classes and doing the intro package (2 weeks for $40).

A lot of classes every day, very professional team, good location, good deals, love the design. Best place for Bikram I have seen so far. Highly recommended!
