Ordered a Burito. It was tastless! Fries were soggy!Receipt did not send to my email. When I later, asked for a manual receipt the person in charge made me come to the counter 3 times, asking for the amount. (Nots su re why he could not write it down if he had such a great memory), and then later said it is not on the system. Very poor

It takes a special kind of talent to make food taste this bad.I had a beef taco but there was hardly any beef. Which actually turns out to be a good thing cos the beef just tasted like salt. Then I had some other soft taco enclosed thing. I thought I'd added beans for free but I think what it did was replace the beef with beans. Once again probably not a bad thing because the beef is terrible. But omg the cheese..what is that stuff? Melted yellow plastic?!Avoid at all costs! Your tummy will thank you.

Tonight I tried Taco Bell for the first time in Dunedin. I had the 'chicken loaded fries' and they were so good! The young lady at the counter Shaniia who served me was brilliant and very patient and helpful with me while choose off the menu. Overall a great interaction and experience with staff and a great energy in the place. :)

Pros: Sunny location, nice staff, comfy seating, unlimited fountain drinks and yummy grilled stuffed burrittos.Cons: The nachos and chips were horrible. Not crisp and too much seasoning that I wasn't keen on.

Don't buy anything with 'soft chicken'. It's just old-fashioned glued-together chicken roll. Com'on TB this is scraping the bottom of the food barrel a bit isn't it. Also, had to wait an extra 15min for an online pickup order despite there being literally a handful of ppl in the restaurant. Your staff act like they have a million better things they could be doing.

Loved it overall. Clean store, yummy offerings great fast service , scrumptious food. We tried nachos, vegetarian bowl and sauces. Everything spot on. Can't wait to be back to try moreYou are looking at the most expensive glass of water. An absolute rip off to charge so much for water when you are dishing out sauces and condiments for free. Do not blame you guys, this is the story in New Zealand now, sugary fizzy drinks are cheap as and water costs more.Food was good as usual. Fresh, flavourful and well presented. Loved the Sun on my face sitting on the window seat. Neat clean.place.

I actually really enjoyed my meal. First time ordering, easy-as, and easy fast pick up. I loved the chips and had no problem with the quantity for what I paid I thought it was pretty good. My order was spot on. And its yummy. Only four stars as my food was a little cold, but, I was a few minutes late collecting and the wind back to my motel was freezing so I can't be sure that it wasn't hot once it was ready. Man who served me was polite and friendly. And no wait at counter.

Would give no starts if I could.Did an online order earlier today via their website all confirmed and paid for. Delivery guy phones me up to tell me my order isn’t there? I then call up Taco Bell to ask them where my order is and they told me that they can’t find it. I then gave them the order number but they then said that’s not how it works. The doing via name not order number. After a 30 min dispute between the manager and I they then told us there was nothing they can do then hung up. No food no refund. I have proof of everything, the order number, the confirmation text, email, even have a receipt and money has come out of my bank but apparently that’s wasn’t good enough for them. The time before that they missed items from my order and told me to collect them another day. Won’t be going here again… also give me my money back, it was a decent size order.

A nice stop by to have a light food when you are hungry. The chips with cheese dip is the best. Must try. A package meals is the value for money for one person. Fast service. Have kiosk order.
