Groovy little cafe in the main street of Riverton. Old school retro vibes! Have visited twice in last 2 weeks and both times my long black has been on point! The owner is one talented barista!! Cafe had been really busy both times and to be honest the staff have been flat out, I'm sure the last few years have been tough so hats off for surviving and still pumping out delish food and the best coffee in Southland.

I can’t wait to return to Riverton so I can eat here again. Super friendly staff and owner operator. Delicious coffee. Can’t speak to the cabinet food which looked sublime but our panini and breky roll were 10/10. Such a cool ambiance and has been lovingly decorated. Batting well above the average for small town nz cafe, this place could easily be found in Wellington.

The food was edible but not that great (three of us had different things and all felt the same). Also the table was sticky and the carpet tiles all peeling up, so it could do with a little more tlc. A little disappointed because the staff were friendly and it looks like it could be a great place with a bit of a clean up and maybe some more basic ordinary things on the menu.

Back here again after a few years ,after a early 5am start capturing the sunrise coffee and a feed was a must .Just had the most amazing Giddyup consisting of Bacon,bratwurst (unfortunately they had run out but gave me a discount) beans,eggs any style ,chunky toast with hollandaise sauce . Great atmosphere and good service HIGHLY RECOMMEND thank you from chasingnaturephotography.

Certainly a quaint setting. Good to find they had eggs (such a shortage at the moment) and several gluten free options. Friendly southern service.

This is a neat little cafe with some really cool decor and good food. My poached eggs were done perfectly and the big side of mushrooms was great value for money. Good coffee as well. Gluten free options. Recommended stop if you're traveling this way.

Nice 80s decor cafe with some random furniture. Great coffee and food (tried the pressed sandwich and the burger). Very quick service. Didn’t try the cakes but they looked great and homemade.

Good selection of food, tasty cheese rolls and good coffee/hot chocolate, however it was very smoky in the seating area, our group of 4 recived all their drinks spaced apart at odd times with quite a wait between and the toilet was messy with dirty hand towels piled under the sink, needs a bigger bin or changed more often.

Stopped for brekkie on a rainy day and was surprised to find it busy on a Wednesday morning. Service was still pretty fast! Good food, good coffee, and lovely staff.

It looked very quiet from the outside but I'm really glad we stopped and went in.Food choices are limited but I wanted everything that was in the cabinet. Looked amazing, tasted really amazing! Soy flat white was spot on.Decor was old school and awesome.The lady that served us was pretty cool.
