Last week I arrived to collect my rental car and realised that I had made a mistake with my booking. I was super worried, however, both of the women at the Thrifty counter were absolutely awesome! They fixed my error at no cost to me, which was amazing, as again this was totally my mistake. Even better.....they were so kind and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them and they really did take away my worries about the mistake I'd made. Top stuff and I'll now always book with Thrifty because of these employees (#thriftytakenote #topemployees #payrise?! #kiaoramotoawhina)
