These guys are the most patient, kind, helpful and wonderful framers in the business. When I couldn't make up my mind with what I wanted, they went through the pros and cons of all options available to me. The price may be a little more than other places around but they are worth every penny. I am so happy with our oil canvas we had glued to foam board and mounted to a wooden frame - it looks exactly as I wanted it. Thank you so much team!

Focus Frame provides excellent framing services. I brought in four items - two prints and two painting - to be framed. They were very professional and took extra time to walk me through several options for each while making recommendations on what to consider and how I could stay within my budget. The prints and paintings all look fantastic and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are noticeable. Definitely worth the cost for professional service. I'll be back again with more items to frame. Thanks!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with practically unlimited options for your needs.Speaking from limited experience, it seems relatively expensive but you are justifiably paying for a completely custom frame of the highest quality. Would recommend.

The most amazing service! I went here last Monday with my grandma, to get some hooks for the back of my photo board and was so happy with how thorough the service is. It was a bit of a difficult job because I hadn't taken any of the photos off the board, but he still managed to carefully place the board on planks of wood so he could drill the hooks at the back. I am very impressed and will be back before Christmas to get some more frames fitted!! 10/10

I took four old, original artworks to Focus Frame Ltd in Balmoral to be re-framed. Although expensive, Benson, the picture framer, has done a highly professional job and the watercolours look superb. Highly recommend.

I have been getting paintings,photos and prints framed here for years. Benson and staff are talented picture framers. I have found the service they provide better than any other framer I have tried in the past. Benson takes time to understand the look you want to achieve and always talks through options and works to your budget. He is super knowledgeable and experienced in framing and has a talent for matching frames, colours etc to accentuate and beautify any piece of work that is framed. Also framing each piece of workto a very high standard. He is meticulous. I am always confident I will be happy with the work.Sarah

I am delighted with the timely work the friendly staff did for me. I requested to have a precious water colour painting framed. I was given a wide choice of framing options from the frame, the mounts and glass, and when I realised that I had forgotten to measure the maximum space for the painting before arriving at the shop, the staff were happy for me to phone them and they were able to make the adjustments, which included lowering the quoted price. When the work was completed I was so glad that they had carried out the work accurately and stuck to the newly agreed price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting high quality work done.

Wonderful service and exceptional product. I had to retire my Grandmother’s heirloom piano as it was no longer tuneable. Benson and the team at Focus Frames helped me display the keyboard of the piano that I learned to play on as a child in a beautiful shadow box. They did a perfect job aligning the keys and creating a special piece of artwork that I can now hand down to my son when the time comes. True craftsmanship. I am so happy with the result.
