One of my most favourite places to get a weekend coffee. Great job team.

Went to Riverside BP this morning around 11.30am for 2 takeaway coffees. First counter I approached had a temporary sign saying use next counter, so I stood in front of that one with my 2 keep cups on the counter. One staff member was asked by someone to serve them at the closed counter and they were served. 2 more staff members at the POS counters - not busy. Eventually after several minutes waiting, one of the staff said if I wanted coffees I had to pay at the POS counters. I pointed out that there was no sign in front of me explaining that, but I moved over to the POS. After telling them 3 times how I wanted the coffees, I gave up and left with no intention of returning to this BP station. Would love management to play the video of my visit so they can see how disinterested their staff were and their comments to me. Do not recommend you visit this petrol station as their service today was abysmal!

Asked for a vanila milkshake and a capa w no toppings and I get a chocolate milkshake and a capa w vanilla in it

Definitely not as customer friendly as Z station. Some unnecessary comments from one younger male staff member and one older one recently regarding products I was buying. Inappropriate, not friendly. Its generally a comfortable layout and food is not too bad.

terrible service - ordered coffee and was made to wait while any regular that walked in after me was served and the assistant also had several conversations with them - this happened 5 times until i gave up and left as i had an appointment - they did also charge me for the coffee by the way - we purchase our fleet gas through a BP account and i will be looking to move our custom elsewhere

Went there to purchase gas this morning and the lady at the counter was so rude and racist. My partner was putting the gas in and she obviously didn't think I was with him as she said over loud speaker for him to come pay horrible customer service.

Friendly staff and good service and especially whilst being stuck here for hours during massive storm....water everywhere, high tide, torrential rainstorms .A nice place to be safe and sound Friday 17 July 2020.....the biggest storm for decades.

Went into this BP station about 4 weeks back to order 2 coffees from a member named wade which both tasted somewhat burnt and bitter so drove back to a very disinterested member of staff telling me they had been freshly made no apologies to me and told me he was going to make 2 more for me and ended up disappearing another member off staff then came to me and asked if he could be off service so I then explained to him what had happened and he happily made me 2 fresh complimentary coffees which tasted absolutely perfect hence the 2 star review I believe his name was Jessie , considering I had come all the way from Kent England I expect better customer service !!!!!!!!!

All staff at riverside BP are so helpful and caring. Due to autoimmune conditions i can't inhale the petrol smell. I always ask for a help with filling my car with petrol. Im so greatful. They are always polite and ready to help. Great customer service! Thank you.

Avoid this place as much as you can. Rude and racist staff members.My wife was up all night with a new born, stopped to fill up and buy a coffee, unfortunately she forgot she moved her money into a savings account and to transfer funds before she was able to pay.The staff member helping her treated her like garbage because of this even though my wife was the only person there.
