First time purchase, was so excited to receive the order placed online. Order arrived, I was sent the incorrect size. I reached out via email and Facebook messenger. Eventually I was sent a generic email with a return label. So I sent shoes back. The size I ordered wasn’t even in stock so I missed out. I was refunded full amount quickly. The process was disappointing. Won’t repurchase.Editing my review by adding this, because response from owner is not correct. I ordered US Women’s size 6 as per your website and my order confirmation. You sent me a US Women's 7.5 as per photo I sent you. I do have feedback I want to provide as I work in customer service myself and when I emailed your team to ask where I can provide feedback, I still haven’t had a reply so I decided to post a review which I almost never do. I really want to give feedback to someone who will take it on board. Please email me back so I can respond. It’s in your best interests.

I was hunting for these Tiger shoes and came across Pat Menzies page.. I ordered them and got them the next day!! Praise the staff!! Loved them so much bought another pair in a different color. Top service ,so fast and efficient , awesome everything! I am hooked...

The most unbelievably best service I've ever experienced. Ordered boots on Sunday night (with $20.00 discount as first time shopper), and they were hand delivered on Monday morning. Even our receptionist commented on how nice the delivery person was. My boots are perfect and I couldn't recommend this shop more!

Just bought my first two pairs of shoes from Pat Menzies: A pair of Chuck Taylor 70's and crazy savings (over half price) on a pair of Timberland Chukkas. Orders were packed and shipped promptly and arrived within 48 hours of ordering with free shipping. Great customer service with clear communication. As mentioned in their comms by purchasing from Pat Menzies I'm supporting a Kiwi business, and with such great service I will be happy to do so again in the future. Wow I'm amazed. I ordered two pairs of shoes and they were shipped ASAP (free delivery) and delivered the next day. I didn't think this website was even legit as the prices were so good. My only disappointment is that I didn't find this place sooner. Thanks heaps!!! From a very happy customer. FYI I've literally never written a review of anything before but this place deserves it

The team in the store are so helpful and always have time to give my dog a pat and a bowl of water, online service is great, their postal system is so prompt, but I do like to support the store and the people that work there. Thanks again for the great service.
