Bucklands Beach Veterinary Clinic

The vet I saw was a bit older and she didn't even touch my dog once or give him a treat and I came in to show her a lump and that my dog had and was also really itchy and had rashes. She said the lump would just be allergies without even properly looking at it and made me show her where it was when I actually didn't know much about it myself. She just gave him meds for the allergies. 4 months later another vet I saw in at a different clinic told me to get it tested and it was a tumour and ended up being grade 2. This vet was rude and showed pure negligence and no knowledge about the lump and my dog could have died because of it. The other vet was so knowledgeable about the lump and said always best to test them straight away as some tumors can disappear and reappear again. Do NOT go to this clinic.

Stay away from this place!Booked an appointment for my dog here few days ago.The receptionist was very adamant about making sure I was there on time.Turned up on time, let the receptionist know I was there...I work long hours and had to be back in time for work.I waited there 15 mins..nobody came out, none of the 4 ladies there did not communicate with me..then after me asking how long I was going to wait a nirse came out to tell me there was an emergency...again nobody came out and told me. Waste of my time and disgusting the way these pathectic little nurses do business.It's 2023, if they were running late ring and let somebody know so we are not wasting our time standing around.I was asked to leave after my questions got too hard for them.Disgusting.

I will be forever grateful for the wonderful team here for choosing to save the stray kitten we brought in who was so very hurt. I’m incredibly moved by their generosity and kindness, especially as I understand this is probably a super rare occurrence for clinics to be able to do this.I have no doubt your pets are truly cared for at this clinic and would be bringing my own here if I didn’t live so far away.Deep and heartfelt thanks to the team at Bucklands Beach Veterinary Clinic.

Have been taking my pets to the Bucklands Beach vet for years. Professional, friendly and caring. What else can I say. My dog loves going to the vet, believe it or not!

Fantastic vet which we and several sets if friends use. Excellent with both dogs and cats. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Lovely Vets here and the receptionists are lovely too. Anna one of the vets in particular very knowledgeable, also the young lady Leanne very nice personality. Great team well done guys keep up the good work.
