I have always found the staff, including Lucy, to be very helpful. I couldn't critique them regarding selection, quality and price. But I have issues with the masks, and for that reason I have not shopped there for quite a while. It's blardy tiring what has transpired globally over the last few years. So for service, quality and price. I give them a 5.I do however feel that many people that have historically shopped there are discerning folks that are not fooled by the MSM narritives, thus, there-in lies the issues of bad reviews, it's a real shame.But I wish them all the best.

Any business that claims their bad reviews are 'fake' is obviously not worth trusting. I have personally shopped here before and know many people that have also been at the end of their rude and nasty behaviour. Many more better quality and better customer service at other organic stores.

This lovely store is one of very few in Chch which offers organic produce. I value being able to shop here for a great range of fresh organic fruit and veg, bulk items, toiletries, deli goods etc. at prices often well below the supermarket. Service is always really friendly and welcoming.I cannot understand the recent undeserved poor reviews submitted by people unhappy with the store's mask policy (since amended when NZ relaxed its policies). You may disagree with their philosophy but it's small minded and nasty to then post a review deliberately aimed at weakening the business. I hope people new to Liberty's ignore these reviews which stem from a political agenda and have nothing to do with the quality of the service.

Found Lucy's attitude to mask wearing very draconian, narrow-minded and off-putting, what with the Stalinesque posters on every corner, wall and till and the higher than thou replies to reviews.I have not returned, taking my $1000+ custom per month to Wholefoids Market at 52 Riccarton Road and Marshall's Natural Health Therapy in New Brighton- the staff are great at both places and the product range is extremely good.The consistently near empty car park would seem to indicate I'm not the only one who voted with my feet. Good on ya Lucy!

I have been shopping at liberty market since it opened. I have always been impressed by their great selection of products especially their fruit and veges, and hard working and honest staff. We are very lucky to have this choice in Christchurch for our organic food shopping.

Amazing store with quality organic produce and super friendly staff.The selection is excellent, found everything we need for a week from organic fresh fruit, veggies, raw nuts, vegan cookies, organic dairy products, etc.Reasonably priced is a plus.Highly recommended if you are wanting to buy organic produce and groceries.

Amazing Wholefoods store.Lucy is incredible and super friendly.The range they have here is mind blowing.So many great products. The supplements range is huge.
