If you are looking for Technical advice, you must talk to Dil in the Computer Department. This guy is honest, i through my laptop is dead. I was there with my dead laptop and looking options. He welcomed me and i showed him my laptop. He did something for 20 to 30 minutes and laptop works, i know my laptop is 8 years old, then he asked what do you do on this laptop my answer just emails

I got a mattress there but now just waiting for it to arrive. I wanted the softer one but I couldn't afford it as it was a lot more expensive. Such a shame! The man was very helpful to me and got me some extra things which was awesome and also helped me in my small price range to keep within my small budget!

Spent $21,000 whilst shopping for new everything as bought a new place, vacuum couches tv beds everything and this obiese white lady with dreadlocks was giving us such a hard time telling us to not record when we took photos of the beds to send to the ones back home and kept following us around the store making sure we made the sale through her, raised her voice at my mother to pull her mask up as it was hanging half way down her nose. If I was the boss she’d be fired in an instant. But great store very tidy live the store some of the workers not so much

They strive to supply you with the items you require, will generally discount the product further than the price tag, and live up to their warranty claims without argument. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and are quick to offer assistance. I fully recommend Harvey Norman over Noel Leemings / The Warehouse / The Market.

I will never shop here ever again!! I have been a loyal customer for years!!! My mother had a major issue with her fridge/freezer and it took almost 2 years to get her money back, after countless service callouts!! It was a LG fridge freezer.We had another issue when we bought our stackable washer and dryer, we were paying them off, and Harvey Norman sold them to someone else, and gave us the ones of the shop floor.Bad customer service!!

This is honest feedback. The click and collect system is flawed. Waited 10 mins in car for item to be delivered. Eventually went inside and ironically when I approached the counter to ask about it, a gentleman approached and said the app is playing up and I only received your pickup now but it was submitted 10 mins ago. At least he apologized and didn't waffle on about it. Anyway. Don't use the system unless your prepared to sit in your car for a while.

Thankyou for the great delivery of the first delivery of an electric recliner lounge Suite to my mum and then another delivery of another lounge Suite to her 5 months later when she decided she needed something a bit lower so we also got the guys to deliver the first one to me, thankyou for your good delivery, it was much appreciated
